Request a Visit from our Prayer and Care Team

Request a visit from one of the members of our prayer and care team to connect with you or a loved one who is homebound or in the hospital.  Our team can perform a home/hospital/care facility visit where they will chat and pray with your or your loved one.  If you prefer to not have an in-person visit, you can request a phone call or greeting card be sent as well.
